About Sunbury Housing Authority

The Sunbury Housing Authority is a municipal authority that was created to administer and develop affordable housing for low income and elderly families in the City of Sunbury.

Additional Information

The Section 8 waiting list here in the City of Sunbury is currently OPEN and applications can be submitted in person, Mon. thru Fri. from 8am to 4pm. The office is closed for lunch from 12-1pm. Original documents will need to accompany all applications in order to be placed on our waiting list. The following documents are needed: Original birth certificates and social security cards for all household members and photo ID for all persons age 18 and over. Proof of income is also necessary. If you have any further questions, please call their staff during business hours at 570-286-7756.
